The Body Heat Meme

Post with your character! They're now stuck in a very cold place of your choice. It can be anything, such as a freezing chamber, a cavern or a small cabin in the midst of a blizzard. The choice is up to you.
Comment around! Now your character has some company in this bone-chilling environment. The two of them share two things in common: clothes completely unfitting for this weather (be they summer clothes or even lingerie) and a blanket.
A blanket? Yes, just one warm blanket and no other ways to escape the cold. The two of them will have to share it in order to stay alive in this weather. Don't worry, you're sure to find a common language in this terrible situation!
So, uh, have fun, I suppose. Try to not freeze to death!
Protip: friction and body heat are both excellent ways to fend off cold.

[ Winter had decided to hit particularly hard that year, with snowstorms and freezing temperatures galore. Even more unfortunately, it was the same winter that the Mekakushi Dan base's heaters decided to stop working completely, and Seto wasn't able to fix them. So the gang, with the exception of Shintaro (who was too lazy to) and Kano (who knew his reasons), went out in a search for the correct parts to fix the heaters.

Those who were left behind were stuck with a single blanket. Shintaro is currently swathed in it alongside Kano. ]

"I don't have enough space in this thing..."

[ 'His reasons' were specifically to keep an eye on Shintaro, so to say- or at least claiming someone had to make sure he didn't accidentally fall asleep and die of hypothermia- which was definitely plausible, of course! ]

Aah, you might actually have more room if you weren't trying to keep so far away, you know. I vowed that I wouldn't let Shintaro-kun freeze to death, after all!

[ inching closer to share more blanket space! are you uncomfortable yet. ]

[ He couldn't keep his teeth from chattering slightly, basically betraying him from his own position in the ordeal. It was disheartening to think that his own body would betray him-- but it was only because he was too stubborn for his own good. The male huffed, narrowing his eyes at Kano before glancing away with a frown. He's definitely uncomfortable now.

But he won't move because, you know, he was going to freeze otherwise. He hunched over a bit more. ]

"I appreciate the thought, but I'm fine over here." [ No he's not. ]

Oh, is that it? You don't put up a very convincing argument..

[ He can't help but laugh at how stubborn the other boy is, so much that the temptation to lean in closer is given into without much consideration for the dignity of either of them. Kano casts an arm Shintaro's shoulders, drawing the blanket around them closer with a smile- one that could pass for innocent if it wasn't so deviously sly. ]

Much warmer! I'm feeling nice and toasty already!

[ He was already too used to seeing those kinds of smiles on Kano's face, his version of a smirk-- and it made him even more cautious as to what the boy was planning. He carefully avoided eye contact with the other male, as a light shade of pink dusted his cheeks, a probable reaction to the cold temperature. Or was it? ]

"Well, good for you. I'm glad you think so." [ He couldn't say he felt any different than the other, despite the urge to remain adamant. Because, in all truth, it had become warmer-- body heat really did serve its purpose...

He unconsciously shifted towards Kano-- it was his bodily instincts, he later figured-- towards the source of warmth that he so needed.

[ Right when Shintaro inches closer, Kano closes the final distance and latches onto him entirely, resting his head on the older boy's shoulder. He breathes a mischievous laugh and presses closer, so much that they can completely cover themselves with the blanket without pulling it taught. ]

Ah, it's too bad I can't take a picture for photographic evidence of how cute Shintaro-kun's being! It's totally.. what's the word you might use...? Moe?

[ As soon as Kano eliminates the space between them, he stiffens-- even further as the other presses against his side. A small part of him continues to insist that he's mildly annoying, but the thought is quickly washed away by the brightening crimson on his face. It's out of frustration, mostly; frustration towards Kano, frustration towards his situation... Regardless, he doesn't change his position; in fact, he makes his best attempt at subtly pressing as much of his side as he can against the boy, for maximum warmth.

Will Kano be able to loosen him up? Let's find out. ]

"Oh, please, it's not that big of a deal. Moe? You're joking. I can't help it-- it's ridiculously cold." [ It's easy to see that he's flustered, being that he's a terrible liar. ]
